1. Scope of Services

Bolt Group LLC provides AI transformation, applied-AI engineering, and technical advisory services governed by individual Statements of Work (SOWs) and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (mNDAs).

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW, clients retain full ownership of all custom code, MCP servers, agent harnesses, and evaluation suites built inside their repositories.
